Questions

What counts as an active domain?
A domain whose status is active at any point in a day. We average the daily count over the month, so proration takes care of itself.
What happens when I pass my included domains?
You pay the overage rate for your plan. Nothing is cut off. We email you at 80% of your allowance.
Do you charge for domains that never connect?
No. A pending domain is free for 72 hours and then deleted. You can re-add it any time.
Can I bring my own certificates?
On Scale and Enterprise.
Is there a launch offer?
Yes. The first 20 customers get 20 domains free on the Free promotional license, applied automatically when you sign up. No card needed.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Email support@apexly.dev with the plan you want and we switch you over the same day. Card payments are coming soon.
What about egress above my plan?
$0.08 per GB on every plan, metered daily, shown on your billing page.
